At Digital Dreams Art, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely pleased with the quality of our art pieces, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are committed to investigating the issue and working towards a suitable resolution.

If we determine that your claim is justified, we are more than happy to provide a complimentary replacement, ensuring that you receive the piece of art you envisioned. 

Color Consistency

At Digital Dreams Art, we utilize advanced printing technologies and consistent materials to ensure the color quality of our art pieces. However, as with all printing, minor variations can occur due to multiple influencing factors such as machine settings, paper types, and environmental conditions. While we strive for perfection, these slight inconsistencies are considered normal and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an art piece that is damaged or defective, not due to the content provided, contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of the replacement, ensuring you receive the quality artwork you anticipated.

Lost Orders Policy

In the rare occurrence that your order is lost in transit, please inform us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will expedite a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Return Policy

Returned by Customer

As each art piece or product from Digital Dreams Art is created/printed to order and may also be personalized, we are unable to accept returns. If there is a need for a new order, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Returned to Sender Policy

In instances where the artwork is returned to us, contact our team for assistance. We will ensure a refund for the product price when you place a new order; you’ll only incur the shipping cost.

Wrong Address

If a wrong address is provided and the courier deems it insufficient, the shipment will be safely disposed of. For a replacement, a new order will need to be placed, and the customer will incur the cost.

Rejected by the Recipient

Should the recipient reject the order during delivery, it will be returned and disposed of. A new order can be placed at the customer’s expense.

Unclaimed

If an order is not received and left unclaimed, it may be returned to us. In such cases, please place a new order and contact our team. We will arrange a refund for the product price; however, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
